05 — Our Story

Why We Do This

We started from zero — with empty hands and hearts filled with the children of Gaza. We had no massive budgets or global institutions behind us. Only the determination that no one should sleep hungry if we could deliver even a single bag of bread.

Lemsat Amel was born from urgent need and a deep belief that humanity is not a slogan — it is daily action. We chose to be inside Gaza, not watching it from afar — distributing water, food, and bread with our own hands; setting up tents for displaced families; providing formula and diapers for children; and driving patients and elderly to hospitals in our own vehicles.

Today, after eighteen consecutive months, we have a documented record of everything we delivered: 1.76 million liters of water, thousands of hot meals, hundreds of tents, direct cash assistance to families, and water wells & systems for displacement camps. We never forgot to tell you — our supporters — where every riyal and every dollar went.

Transparency · Dignity · Hope. These are not words we put up on a website. They are a promise we made to ourselves. Every photo we document, every PDF report we publish, every message from a supporter around the world is proof that the distance between your heart and Gaza is shorter than you think.

We need to keep working. Gaza still needs help. Giving does not stop. Join us — donate, share, amplify our voice.
